Deposits are Non-Refundable and after goods have left our locations there will be no refunds for any reason.  All merchandise sales by FMS Waterslide services LLC, FixMySlide LLC & SlideAroundAmerica LLC are final and are sold as-is without guarantee.  By making a purchase with FMS Waterslide Services LLC, Fixmyslide LLC or SlideAroundAmerica LLC, you are confirming that you have read & understand our no refunds policy.

Order Cancellation Policy:  

To cancel an order placed with FMS Waterslide Services LLC, FixMySlide LLC, or SlideAroundAmerica LLC you must contact us by email, office@fixmyslide.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not shipped.  When contacting customer support to cancel an order, include your name, email and contact information. 

Please note that all deposits are Non-Refundable & once an order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
