Learn About Home Water Slides

Not sure where to start? how about at the top.

You'd like to learn more about backyard water slides and we'd love to help!  Every water slide we build is unique, but several common elements go into making a great slide.  Get the right slide in the right color going into YOUR swimming pool, pond, or lake and you won't look back. What about the kids?  Yeah, they can ride too.

The shape of Cool

Cool comes in lots of different shapes and configurations, just add water.  That's a good thing because we get all kinds of slide sections in multiple sizes from the commercial water parks.  Open body slides are our most popular slide type but you can also do a drop slide, tube slide, or even combine all three in the same slide (open => enclosed => drop).  Not cool enough?  How about something really unique like an 84" raft slide?

Ready, Set, Slide!

One of the best things about recycled water park slides is they're wide enough to fit grown ups as well as kids.  You don't have to choose a kids water slide if what you really want is an adult water slide (yeah, we've got you figured out). Every great slide starts with a story so tell us yours (along with your ideal riding audience) and we'll get to work on your custom water slide design

Make a Splash Getting to the water

We haven't heard of every possible slide placement but we've come close. Along with swimming pool water slides, we've done slides on houseboats, beaches, rivers, lakes, & ponds.  Want a backyard water park? No problem, we'll create the anchor slide (or slides)! Check out our water slide photos if you'd like to see pictures of our slides.

coloring outside the lines can be fun

We like to play a little game with water slide colors but it takes at least two players.  Here's the rules: you send us the color you want (image, paint swatch, your favorite car, ...) and then we match it. We've ended up with some really cool multi-tone slides playing this game.  Blue water slides are probably the most popular but we've done lots of other colors including green, red, orange, white, and tan.  Go with a color choice that blends into the surroundings or one that stands out.  It's up to you!  A small word of caution: Black on the inside can get HOT.

Going the distance

Let's figure out the best ride between your starting point and the water (hint: it's not always the shortest distance). Our home water slide designs frequently go over 100' (200' slides aren't uncommon either). If you're looking for a long water slide for your pool or a super long water slide going down your cliff into the lake let's talkWant something less than 24'?  Short isn't really our game but we can recommend a couple companies that can help you out.
